Free shipping applies to: All mattresses, pillows, and sleep accessories shipped within the continental United States.

Shipping Timeframe

Once you place your order, you can expect your DreamSphere mattress or product to be shipped out and delivered to your doorstep within 2 to 6 business days. We work diligently with our logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.

Please note that during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances, there might be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed of any changes to your expected delivery date.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment center.

Delivery Information

Our mattresses are delivered compressed and vacuum-sealed in convenient boxes for easy transport. This innovative packaging allows for:

  • Easy maneuvering through doorways, stairs, and tight spaces
  • Convenient setup in your desired room
  • Reduced environmental impact through efficient packaging
  • Protection during transit

Most deliveries are made via standard ground shipping. For larger orders or special circumstances, we may coordinate alternative delivery methods and will contact you directly.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the continental United States, including:

  • P.O. Boxes (for smaller items only)
  • Military APO/FPO addresses

Note: We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
