At DreamSphere, your comfort is our top priority. We believe in the quality of our products, and we understand the importance of finding the perfect mattress for restful nights. That's why we've designed our return policy to be straightforward and customer-friendly, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.

We have different return policies based on the condition of the product to ensure fair and reasonable terms for all our customers.

Return Policy by Product Condition

1. Opened Mattress Returns

We offer a 100-day return policy from the order date for mattresses that have been expanded and used. To be eligible for a return, the mattress should only show standard wear and tear. The determination of acceptable wear and tear is at the discretion of a DreamSphere representative.

2. Unexpanded Mattress Returns

You have 30 days from the order date to submit a return request for unexpanded mattresses, such as when you order the wrong size. This allows you flexibility if you realize you need a different size before opening the package.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Center and fill out the returns form. If your return is accepted, we'll provide further instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without a prior return request through our Returns Center will not be accepted.

Important: All returns must be pre-authorized through our Returns Center. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your mattress upon delivery. Contact us immediately if it's defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and address it promptly to ensure your complete satisfaction.

For damaged or defective items, we may require photos to assess the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on items that have faced excessive wear and tear beyond standard usage. Examples of excessive wear include but are not limited to:

  • Stains, odors, or damage from pets
  • Burns, cuts, or tears in the mattress fabric
  • Damage from liquids or improper cleaning
  • Structural damage beyond normal compression

Any concerns regarding specific items should be discussed with our support team before initiating a return request.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or type of mattress, it's quickest to initiate a return for the current item through our Returns Center. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

This process ensures you receive the exact product you want while maintaining our quality standards and inventory accuracy.

Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned mattress, we'll inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the following timeline:

  • Credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

If over 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact us at claims@dreamspheresleep.com with your order number and refund details.

Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees will be clearly communicated during the return authorization process. These may vary based on your location, the size of the mattress, and the reason for return.

For defective or damaged items that are our responsibility, DreamSphere will cover all return shipping costs.
